Ontology

With the Advancis Ontology, we provice a way to easily describe functional relationships and operating principles.

This arose primarily for our Device Adapter development from the need to be able to systematically describe and define how external systems work in a simple way.

Beyond that, ontology will increasingly play a role in our AOP-related developments in the future, particularly with regard to AI integrations. That is why we mention ontology here.

Furthermore, the entire definition of the ontology is based on ADL.
