Success	bool	True if the Incident was successfully created.
Url	string	(Value: AopUrl, Optional) When created successfully, the Incident’s unique URL identifier.
Props	value{}	(Key: Symbol, Optional) When created successfully, the (initial) Property values of the Incident.

IncidentEventRef
